As June is upon us, and the start of Summer is right around the corner, we here at Imperial are looking forward to the coming Summer months. As the real estate market is ever changing and again growing, we are pleased to announce not only an increase in our staff, but several new affiliations and alliances to better service our clientele. Imperial Crown Properties (a division of The Imperial Group international) is pleased to announce it's newest additions to the company. Patti Johnson, Richard DeLoach, and Jason Brecht, along with intern Eric Teague are the newest additions to our team headed by Broker In Charge, Michael Willis. The Imperial Group International would also like to recognise Mr. Hector Melendez as our new acting Director of Education, who is supported by Ms. Jeanne Berrong, our new Assistant Director of Education.

As we gear  up for another exciting season, Imperial Crown Properties has been busy preparing to work side by side with D.R. Horton, America's largest builder, Dock Street Communities (Seasons at Prince Creek, an active adult community), and Dash Investments who have several developments and products available here on the South Carolina, and southern North Carolina coasts respectively. Happy Spring Everyone! Here it is, that time of year again, where the flowers and trees are all in bloom, and so is our local real estate market! While many of you are Spring cleaning, and getting your yards, homes, and gardens ready for the year ahead, we too are doing a bit of renovating to our pages to bring you a more comprehensive, and user friendly website. The Imperial Group International's, Imperial Crown Properties is pleased to welcome Mrs. Jeanne Berrong, Mr. Hector Melendez, Mr. Donald Stewart, and Mr. Bart Quincannon to it's team of Real Estate professionals. With the conitnued success of the Federal Government's $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers, and the $6,500 tax credit for existing home owners (which ends 30 April), we are please to announce an increase in sales along the Grand Strand. It is with continued sales, and purchases, that we look forward to a strong and healthy Real Estate market for 2010.
